Privacy and Use Conditions

We respect our users privacy and do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your information to outside parties without your specific permission. Minimally, your Email address is used to contact you with your user information and may be used the future if you should forget your user name and/or password. We may use the email you provide to contact you regarding support issues; however, this is usually only done if your initial contact was also via Email or an on-line submission form. We occasionally send notications from our web site when new software updates or content have been made available; however, each user has the option of receiving these notices or not.

The primary support contacts at each company are provided with a list of the web site users for their company. At their discretion, a company's primary contact(s) may request that we remove or disable any web site user's account that is linked with their company such as in the event of termination or for any other reason.

The suport area is provided for the sole use of licensed users of SPRUCE software products, their representatives (IT providers, etc.), and employees of SPRUCE Computer Systems, Inc. Failure of a company to pay support and licensing fees will result in either a temporary or permanent restriction of the use of the support area. We reserve the right to disable, limit, or remove any web site user account at any time and for any reason.

We require that all web site users be identifiable for verification reasons. Requests for user accounts without complete names, for companies we cannot identify, or with invalid email addresses will not be processed and we will provide no notification in these cases. We manually review all web site user account requests before approval. Please allow for 1-2 business days after requesting your user account to receive an approval notification via Email.
