We manuallly authorize web site user accounts. Requests are usually approved within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Another Email will be sent to you once and if your request is approved. We do not authorize requests from users we are not able to validate, so if you don't receive an email confirmation after 2 business days, please submit another or contact support for assistance.

If applicable, please enter any other business name such as a branch/location name or if you are not an employee of the company using the SPRUCE product, the name of the company for whom you work. Otherwise, leave this field blank.

We send notices to notify users when new server updates are available for download. These updates only need to be downloaded and installed on your SERVER, not for each client. This should only be necessary if you are responsible for installing updates or would like to know when updates are available.

Update notices also include notes regarding the changes made with the update.
